Customer service over the phone is very difficult to talk to someone. My ant and black widow problem has not gone away. We had multiple visits. We are going to request a pesticide called Bait, that one of our friends told us about, but Terminex dosen't offer it until you request it. Not happy with there service, considering going with another pest control company.
Black widow spider was still alive in the garage. Flies did die. The ants are still roaming around the front yard
Customer service was professional, quick appointment was available.. the tech that came to my house was very courteous and did a good job. I do recommend.
