Our reroofing experience was excellent from start to finish. The team really helped when insurance was difficult, and they stayed on top of the whole roofing claim process until things moved forward. We had a new roof installed, the skylight glass replaced, and the living area ceiling repainted after the roof work was completed. We also decided to upgrade the underlayment to an ice and water shield for added roof protection and better leak prevention during strong storms and wind-driven rain. I called Hernandez & Sons Roof Repair about a roof leak that needed fast attention. Joe and Damon arrived quickly and used a drone to get clear roof photos before the inspection. I checked in through my cameras and was impressed to see the roofers protecting my flower bed with ... read more

About a week later, Taylor stopped by to look things over and sent me an estimate by email, and I was able to approve the black gutters and gutter guards without needing to be home during the inspection. The timing was better than expected, and the crew called sooner than planned to let me know they were on the way that afternoon for the install. The installation moved quickly and was ... read more
