I had a garage door that with unspooled cable. Marce was extremely experienced, spoke both English and Spanish, and very quick. Very good work and know if I need help again, I’m coming back for sure. Thank you!
Sounded drunk on the phone.
Extremely unprofessional, buyers beware, when picked up door asked if everything was there and they said yes only to find out later they lied and didn’t include all the parts, also lied about the price of door and charged me MORE MONEY than what was originally quoted, now they don’t answer my calls. STAY AWAY.
The job was left half done. I am still waiting for the technician to finish what was started. The wires were cut and placed directly in order for it to work.
They came out and installed and it make noise and fell , they said it was my fault that it fell, and now it makes noise and they want to charge me to come out to repair every time, do not use this company the drum is way off , a total bad install
