Due to Hernandez’s negligence,my son discharged without meds from Crisis Unit Memorial.Dr Hernandez cancelled a DrCommittment Hearing set for the next day. We never were given the opportunity to meet Hernandez.We went each day hoping to meet with him. We told social-worker we needed to meet with him.He lied on discharge our son released against medical advise. He covered his back.My son died 5 days later. Nurses told us he cancelled hearings all the time,washing his hands of patients.
