VERY RUDE STAFF Staff is VERY RUDE in person and ESPECIALLY over the phone. Every time I call, their tone of voice sounds annoyed and they make me feel like my questions are stupid and taking up their time. Then they will put you on hold and will not come back to the phone. I've been put on hold for over 5 minutes and I just hung up and called back; & they'll put you on hold very abruptly without asking you if it's ok to be put on hold.
