Sadly I have to agree with many of the reviews on here. I met with Lupe for an estimate, the estimate never came, I called atleast 6 times only to be told I will email it as soon as I return to the office, it never happened. Although Lupe was courteous, but not a good business man or a company I would trust to work with. Don't waste your time, look elsewhere.
Lack of communication & trust...Would not recommend due to a Iron fencing with sliding gate installed at my elderly dads residence by Hernandez Iron Works. Completed job & he was paid in full which was supposed to work with remote & security key pad to open/close gate...As of today, he still has not fixed the gate to work properly. My poor 90 yr old dad & disable brother has to close/open gate manually. Attempted to contact Mr Hernandsz several times by phone & text.
