Our compressor went out on our downstairs unit so we had a company come out to do a quote. They were too busy trying to upsale us on some crazy lease even after my husband told them no. We told them to order the part and did not find out until a week later that it was on back order for 5 weeks. My husband called Hernandez H&A yesterday and he came out yesterday and replaced our whole condenser for just a few hundred more than the other company quoted us for the compressor.
