Very great service! They were really fast and our carpets look absolutely amazing. Two of the servicemen Renee and Pedro were very professional, very nice and very knowledgeable of what they do and what they can offer me and they delivered. I highly recommend this company.
I had researched reviews for Hernandez Carpet Cleaning and found all to be excellent. I set up an appointment with them for a whole house carpet cleaning on October 13, 2020. They promised me a call 20 minutes prior to our 9AM appointment. At 20 to nine they called and arrived shortly before 9AM. The crew arrived on time looking very clean and neat. I liked the paint job on the van which gives the appearance of pride in the company. The crew was courteous and very professional. When the job was completed, I was given the opportunity to inspect their work. The carpet was clean and looked very nice. I would recommend them for you and plan to use them again myself. They come when they say they’re going to come, and they get straight to work, they don’t stop until the work is done.
