I had a bmw and he stopped working on my car because it was too much work for him when I’ve been paying him the whole time he was complaining that he spent too much money on parts that he took a loss. Mario Hernandez sold me a car without disclosing major problems. Within weeks, I had to pay $3,007.10 in repairs for issues that should have been caught before selling. This was deceptive, dishonest, and a complete nightmare. Buyers beware — do not trust this dealer.
I was looking for a particular car.. 2015 GMC Terrain.. my best friends daughter, her boyfriend owns this dealership.. she recommended him. So, we called and he put me in one this same day!! I went and test drove it.. and the customer service and professionalism.. was outstanding! I could not have ever asked for anything better!! I would and will recommend them any and EVERY TIME!!
