I just can’t believe it yesterday i call to make an appointment they told me okay they gave it to me at 930 told the receptionist that is my first time in the location. The lady said we are not accepting new patients and more with cov-19 im like i dont have cov-19 just because i have fever and pain in my throat those are not symtoms of cov-19 very rude for next time tell your employees how to do customer service and everyone need to be in the same page! Now i lost a day for work bad service im going to change of doctor
