I’ve been coming here for about 3 years and made the decision to leave this office for another dentist in the area due to the poor customer service I consistently receive from a particular receptionist. First, I was never informed that Dr Hern left the office, or even that he passed away shortly after so that came as a shock. I decided to stay anyway and give it a chance. The practice has been sold and has a new owner. the remodel is nice. the fact they have more services is super great. the new dentist is super nice and friendly. HOWEVER the front desk staff is very rude and unprofessional. the new practice manager is a young full of herself overly entitled rude young lady that needs many more years of experience in customer care.me and my kids have been coming here since we all got our 1st teeth & I've never considered switching dentists till now. like the so-called practice manager suggest... read more
