I shop at this Hermès boutique to purchase gifts for the women in my family, and the service has been consistently excellent. The store is beautifully presented, and even when inventory is limited—as is common with Hermès—they take the time to suggest thoughtful alternatives that still feel special and appropriate for each recipient. Terrible Customer service. Almost everyone there had such negative vibes. If I don’t feel that an associate is cute and relatable I will not purchase from you and give you the credit that you don’t deserve. I will purchase online and be on my merry way.
I visited your Hermes store in UTC. Mall recently with my mother and purchased items for both of us. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The sales associate. ASHMALLI was not only rude but made us feel unworthy of their attention, treating us with a condescending attitude. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially at a luxury brand like Hermes. I hope you take this feedback seriously, as I will not be returning to this location.
Pure elegance
My wife was in the store yesterday and worked with a very lovely salesman. She liked a shawl, and wanted my opinion. We went to the store today to purchase the shawl, and told them we wanted the salesman from yesterday to get the credit for the sale. He put in the time and deserved the credit. They told us unless the shawl was on hold, he would not get the credit if he wasn't present. They also told us he would be back tomorrow, so we could come back if we wanted him to get credit.
