I am over the moon! I've been wanting to start my Hermes journey with a Picotin 18 in black with GHW but the stock in NYC is so scarce. My dreams were made at this location! I was able to be accommodated as a walk-in on a Tuesday morning. Joel was such a pleasure to work with. I also picked up a Kelly 18 belt in black with GHW as an extra treat to myself. I will definitely be back to this location again when I am in town.
I had a terrible experience with Ashmali. She informed me purchase wrong size belt! I told her I was 107 pounds. She gave me a medium size belt and now the belt does not fit. Poor customer service will never buy from her again!
