My wife was in the store yesterday and worked with a very lovely salesman. She liked a shawl, and wanted my opinion. We went to the store today to purchase the shawl, and told them we wanted the salesman from yesterday to get the credit for the sale. He put in the time and deserved the credit. They told us unless the shawl was on hold, he would not get the credit if he wasn't present. They also told us he would be back tomorrow, so we could come back if we wanted him to get credit. Susan has been a wonderful SA. She is very responsive and makes us always feel welcome. She does her best to accommodate us and she always take the time to greet us when we pop in.

I primarily shop at Hermes Wynn in LV so I needed an SA locally. Today during my visit, I asked to be matched with one with good vibes and service. Well, I definitely didn’t get one that matched my vibe. I’m not new to Hermes but she sure made me feel that way. She was too quiet and reserved, low energy and no effort. I’m going to need another match or this location isn’t for me!

I am extremely disappointed with both the customer service and the quality of the product I purchased on 02/26/2026. I bought a pair of EZE30 sandals for $1,000, and they ripped despite never being worn outside—only inside my home. When I returned to the store seeking assistance, the experience was equally frustrating.
