I purchased a Hermès ring at the DFS SFO store. During checkout, I presented my passport and assumed all required procedures had been completed. Very rude and impolite sales assistant! Attitude completely inconsistent with the level of service usually expected and received from luxury brands.
Rudest experience, sales assistant pretty rude, had a situation with a payment and charged wrongly, called for help with a reimbursement that was done at the store and gave me a wrong number and hanged up on me twice, why do they need to be rude and awful with paying customers
Be careful buying online. Their shoes are so delicate they will blame you for trying them on for 10 seconds. If their products cannot be tried on without their supervision, they should stop selling online. A big brand bullying a regular customer. I might be banned for life for this review, but honestly, I have seen more backbone in a cheap flip-flop.
Typical standard airport prices of a luxury product store. However, salesperson did her job and I walked out with a pricey tie😕
