By far the worst experience I've had at any Hermes. The staff is cold and generally unhelpful. My experience ended with the MANAGER arguing with me. He ended by saying 'I don't represent Hermes because we are a boutique'. If you don't represent Hermes, are these actually Hermes items then? This is the opposite of what a high touch, luxury brand is. There are far better places to spend your money.
I purchased a Herm�s ring at the DFS SFO store. During checkout, I presented my passport and assumed all required procedures had been completed. However, I later discovered that my purchase had never been linked to my Herm�s account because the staff did not ask for my account information. Very rude and impolite sales assistant! Attitude completely inconsistent with the level of service usually expected and received from luxury brands.
Rudest experience, sales assistant pretty rude, had a situation with a payment and charged wrongly, called for help with a reimbursement that was done at the store and gave me a wrong number and hanged up on me twice, why do they need to be rude and awful with paying customers
