Be careful buying online. Their shoes are so delicate they will blame you for trying them on for 10 seconds. If their products cannot be tried on without their supervision, they should stop selling online. A big brand bullying a regular customer. I might be banned for life for this review, but honestly, I have seen more backbone in a cheap flip-flop.
Typical standard airport prices of a luxury product store. However, salesperson did her job and I walked out with a pricey tie😕
This is an overdue review. I was there on 2/18/2024 (not 2025) at around 9pm. I was just browsing the bags on display without even moving my hands. The Japanese staff lady was so rude and told me “Don’t touch!” with a bad attitude. I didn’t even want to touch the bags. I was just looking! I think that Japanese lady was also racist. She was nice to white people but mean to Asians!
Need to do the song and dance. Always tell me no bags if I open with that but if I start with scarves or some shoes for myself, then say I like these but I need something for the wife too, they always got a bag of some kind. Don’t waste your time since they don’t get a lot of stock and you’re better off working with your home stores and extremely high traffic areas that got more stock than locals can absorb (London/Ginza)
It was probably one of the worst services I have seen for Hermes. The two old ladies rolled their eyes all the time, like they had some problem.
