** BUYERS BEWARE ** I expected far more from a brand that prides itself on craftsmanship and service. I brought in a bracelet that was less than six months old to be repaired. Hermes shipped it all the way to France, only to send it back months later with a generic note saying it “couldn’t be repaired.” No explanation, no solution, no accountability.
