I’ve shopped at Hermès before, but today’s experience was extremely disappointing. I went in to purchase sandals and waited in line for 20 minutes without a single associate acknowledging me or offering assistance. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service was unacceptable. No one should have to wait that long just to be helped. She said I could browse and then wait in line. I knew what I wanted so went straight to the roped off line. After a few minutes, I was warmly greeted by Tao who assisted me with a shawl scarf. I came in with pictures of two I had in mind but he suggested a more beautiful one. I then asked him to look at the Oran and Oasis sandals. I told him I was interested in the orange(... read more
