From our very first contact with Tim and Andrew we have been thrilled with the service these guys have provided us. They took care of storing our furniture for months until our moving day which took place without a hitch. John and Dan were so professional, easy to work with, strong and went the extra mile helping us place and assisting us to install items that were heavy and awkward to put together. My dad (Wilhelm) left a review last week after contacting Andrew for the millionth time but received no response. As previously mentioned, we moved from interstate and lost hundreds of dollars worth of items in the process. My mum passed away last year and some of her possessions were among the lost items. These items are not only priceless but also irreplaceable. We will be going to Consumer Affairs next.

Avoid at all costs. Lost hundreds of dollars worth of items moving interstate - tried contacting Andrew both via phone and email to resolve but have been ignored for almost a month. The goods that I did happen to receive arrived to me incomplete and in pieces (i.e. dismantled tables). Shocking that really obvious bigger items like clothes lines and furniture that don't require boxes were forgotten and left behind (or discarded, who knows what they did with them).
