Worst place I ever lived, glad I moved out. The building has chronic roaches problem. Doesn’t matter how much you clean and spray your apartment, it’s gonna come from the other apartments. I lived there 12 months of hell. Mainstreet guys pretending they spraying and dealing with it but it doesn’t seem it’s doing anything. They just add on to your stress and extra work of prepping for treatment every single month. I wouldn't move into this place if I were you. The rent is around 1200 and how awful this place is it shouldn't be nowhere near this price at all. The management is awful here the landlord will force you to sign your lease rather then giving you the opportunity to go month to month. Forcing you to stay another year. The kitchen in these units are small so only one perosn can be in the kitchen at a time every unit may be different but I'm not sure. I have been living at 1186 Hooke road in northeast Edmonton for a year now. I just signed a new lease because I cannot afford to move at this time, however I really wish I could. I have an upstairs neighbor who drops heavy items, stomps very loudly, and slams his balcony doors open and closed literally 50 times a day, even late night during quiet hours this goes on, and everyday. I have made six verbal complaints to the landlord, only to be disregarded and gas lighted, being told,"you live in an apartment, get used to it." A... read more
The office manager is a lair because if something is wrong in unit, Just saying we will order than nothing will fix until your lease ending than you have to never stay in this Hell specially in winter 🥶 units heater doesn’t work no body hear your sound here Please avoid from this apartments 👎
Lived in this hell for 1 year straight do not rent it mice and cockroaches and termites I was walking in my bedroom and my door was shredded don’t let those kids from 1170 I let my kid play with them next thing you know my kids head was shaved by them and lots of drug addicts
