After using Hermitage several times in the past, today I was insulted by the estimate that they gave me. I need an area of 80 sqft done. That's 3 bundles of 3 tab shingles, paper and labor. The cost they said was going to be 2488.00. Using 3 tab shingles. Another area which was the same size they want 2884.00 using membrane. Membrane is expensive but not the shingles. 50.00 a bundle, paper and labor should be anywhere between 150.00 to 175.00 a square to do the job. For the area I would be looking at 2 bundles. Hermitage Roofing did a good job of assessing the cause of my roof leak which had damaged my bathroom ceiling upstairs. The estimator overlooked the roof vent as a potential cause of the leakage and offered to take care of the roof vent at no cost to me! That is good customer service!
Hermitage did a great job replacing my roof! The job was done quickly and the grounds were clean when they were done! The roof passed inspection from the county! I recommend Hermitage for your roofing needs!
