They do not take care of their residents. Don't live on the third floor, you have to park across the parking lot and in the summer, it's way too hot.
I'm going to leave this comment, and I hope you'll take the time to read it before deciding to live here. Previously, they had a very good and hardworking staff. New staff recently arrived, and they've been a disaster. They came to my apartment to do two work orders, and both times they came, they smelled of alcohol. It's unacceptable for them to work like that because they could do a poor job or even do something to me or anyone else who's alone, because a person under the influence of alcohol doesn't think things through. ... read more
Had a hard time with maintenance and a few neighbors
Old lady in the office today who claimed to be the Property manager was very racist and psychotic she had a complete meltdown and started going crazy on me and my husband because I was asking questions about the property. Horrible experience!
