I have had so much positive interactions with staff.. Ms Jey is so helpful walking us through this process. My grandson's therapist Ms Halle is so understanding and willing to schedule family sessions or reschedule as needed. Mr Wilks.. I have had a super supportive staff for us. It’s been along time since I was discharged I wanted to say thanks to Mr fish I think his name was and the other therapist I spoke to on a daily yall help me so much it I got discharged at 17 I went in when I was 14 I think my name is Michael jay mooney I want to reach out to the people that helped me out so much and tell them thanks for saving me
This place was wonderful to our son. He was well taken care of and all of our concerns were addressed and not taken lightly. Everyone was very we encounterd through this process was professional and caring. His counselors were phenomenal.
I enjoy every interaction I’ve had with Ms. Jae. She is consistently professional and incredibly knowledgeable. She handles every interaction with warmth and support. Her positive attitude truly elevates the tone at Hermitage Hall.
