I'm very upset and not sure of what kind of place they are running because my grandson is in the place right now and he has been there for four months and they haven't done anything to help him they haven't changed his medicine yet and the medicine he has been taking doesn't help him and they took him off the medication that was helping him my son talks to his son and he has told that kids have tried to steal his things and they were kids trying to have sex in there and the people were mean that is the staff. My son is here right now! The staff has been amazing with keeping me updated! Ms. Jey is always eager to help me and answer all my questions. I love her! I have spoken to different nurses, teachers, therapist and all of them have been very professional, engertic and willing to do what ever it takes to keep me in the circle of things happening!
I have nothing but positive things to say about this facility . My therapist Halle has made so much progress with my Child. I am super impressed and thankful for everything that they do. I can’t forget about how truly amazing the receptionist Ms. Jey has been throughout this entire process. My son discharged yesterday 10/30. This is our 3rd residential experience as a family but his first time. We were impressed with his therapist Mr Camper and with others we communicated with Ms. Jey, Mr. Wilkes and Ms. Lanie with nursing. You could tell they all really cared about my son and his needs, and really loved their job. We had some less than impressive run ins with Dr. Nwedo through family meetings and medication issues.
