the place was horrible. I was a past resident there in 2025. there did not take care of me right, they never schedule a appointment for me to see the dactors. I have glasses they never took me to the eye doctor, they never took me to the dentist, and I had my hand injured badly were it was sweld up to the point were it was purple and the waited off for a month in a half for me to check it out and to this day I still have pain in my hand and now doctors can't do enything about it. the only person that I did trust was my conso... read more

I would personally like to Thank Mr. Wilkes for everything he has done to help my child grow & just for being there for him. Mr. Wilkes is so much more than just an absolutely amazing staff memeber. He is a fantastic, caring, individual who goes beyond and above to show my child support and helps to encourage my son. I can’t thank him and the rest of the amazing staff members enough for everything they have done for my child while he’s been here. Just Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!!

My daughter was a patient here for the last 6months. They went above and beyond. First, they always called me when things happened good or bad. The staff was always professional. My daughter was placed in holds because she had trouble with self harm and it was to keep her safe. They kept her safe. I am very pleased with the staff at the facility. I was a resident at this facility for 6 months and got nothing but the best from my therapist Ms. Jasmine and the staff I encountered. I am very pleased with the help, and I have learned a lot of this while at this facility and am very happy with this program

My daughter recently was discharged from the facility 2 months ago! She has made so much progress and I can’t thank the staff at Hermitage Hall enough! From Ms. Jai at the front desk always friendly and helpful when I called. Ms. Staci her therapist who always took time to answer questions and make me feel comfortable about my child’s well being considering she was 4 hours from home!!
