Appointment follow up: If a person has text and email on file and being utilize, I think the 8 AM phone call reminder is a little excessive unless it is requested by the client, I don't like it. Financial responsibility: 1.examine to get estimated of cost 2.submit estimate to insurance to find out what is covered so client knows what is/will be out of pocket. 3.After we get the answer from the insurance, we or dentist can then, set up the appointment and do the work that insurance is willing to cover. I usually dread dentists, because I know they're always going to find problems that are expensive to fix. I very much appreciate having the thorough exam before any sort of work proceeds, and leaving with a clearly articulated plan that I can use to prioritize my financial obligations AND my health!
