I have been going to Heritage Family for about ten years and have been extremely happy with their services. Dr. Bacon and Dr. Kruger are so sweet. The dental hygienists always remember the previous conversations you've had and what flavor of teeth polish is your favorite. I love going to the dentist because of the staff at Hermitage Family and Cosmetic Dental!!
The whole team at Hermitage Family and Cosmetic Dentistry does an awesome job!!! From the ladies at the front who check you in, to the hygienists who cleans your teeth, to the wonderful dentists (mine is Dr. Kruger) they are all professional, skilled, and welcoming. I hadn't been to the dentist in 10 years, and since starting to see Dr. Kruger I haven't missed an appointment in 4 years. Do yourself a favor and go see them. You won't be disappointed.
Professional team. Feels comfortable from the moment you walk in the front door. Spring does a thorough cleaning and keeps you informed on what procedures your insurance should cover. Dr. Bacon does not rush through her check of your teeth and I feel the dental care is top notch.
I always enjoy interacting with the staff and Dr. Bacon on each visit. I receive accurate information, and the office is extremely helpful with my insurance company
I have VA dental insurance .. and my last dentist had trouble filing the claims .. I found Hermitage Dental on the VA Dental website .. and I am so glad I did .. excellent care for all in the office .. cant say anything negative .. office easy to get around.. I use a walker and its just great how they have the office setup . . the care is beyond words .. I am on my way back this afternoon .. and glad to be going .. you cant go wrong .. with Hermitage Family and Cosmetic Dentistry

I'll be honest, I am not looking forward to a cleaning when I come but I at least I know that I will be treated gently and asked periodically how I am doing, which demonstrates to me she cares and is mindful there's a person and not just another set of teeth. I do look forward to seeing my hygienist which not many people can probably say. I appreciate the great job she does consistently time after time and the care she take when cleaning my teeth. I'm the worse dental patient ever but Dr Bacon & her team are so accommodating and understanding that I survive each visit!
Going to the dentist can be a daunting experience, and an unpleasant one. Hermitage Family and Cosmetic Dentistry personnel are very friendly and approachable. I can speak personally for dental hygienist Kelly and Dr. Jane Bacon for their personalized attention, experience, and engaging personalities. This is a doctor's visit I never dread.
