I've now lived here for 7 months; my first return to apartment living in years. I absolutely love it. My unit is spacious and modern; any repair needs (which are few) are handled immediately with a smile. The place is well laid out with indoor and outdoor spaces (e.g. courtyard, cloud business center, library) you can head to relax or work. The rooftop pool (huge), lounges, pool table, ping pong table, grills, bar seating, and other games is like a playground. RecommendedThe Hermitage apartment condo is “Hands down” the absolute best building in downtown, St. Pete. I regret not checking out the Hermitage before I got into a lease when I moved here last year- but the moment my lease is up- I’m moving to the Hermitage. My best friend, Melissa has lived at her apartment for the past 3 years so I am aware of the wonderful staff, amenities and way of life that this building offers. Just check it out before you make your decision. You won’t regret it!!

This place is absolutely amazing. The staff isn't nt just "staff" they are like great cool friends!! Joasia, Diane, Kevin, Lindsey and Kyla are one of a kind. One of the main reasons we chose this place is because of them! They made us feel at home as soon as we moved in! I’ve been here for almost a year and I can NOT imagine living anywhere else. The entire staff is warm and friendly makes you really feel like your home.
Joe and Carlos have been so helpful in assisting my husband and I moving from the 2nd floor to the 5th floor to a beautiful unit with amazing balcony views of the courtyard and most importantly the sound of the fountain is our favorite after a long day of work, Thank you Lindsay and Kaylee too!!
Very high end. Many locks so very secure. Beautiful roof top pool and gym. Roof top also have a library suite open for residents and a beautiful cement top area with electric grills that require no gas or charcoal. This place is well worth the $2k monthly starting (studios) that they have. It has a garage with many levels for parking as well.
