HVC has taken care of my pugs for the past few years. Pugs are a vet's Xmas tree, and mine are no exception. Dr Shanna Sallee has helped me through Max's aspiration pneumonia, Pierre's old age, and Pebbles puppy-hood. Very considerate and present. As a bonus, their groomer, Carla Rose, is respected nationwide as a pug breeder, and incredibly competent.
Dr. Pitzer is a great vet and sees all of our animals. He's the only one I trust with my doggy, Auggie.
My cat just got a diabetes dx, am thankful for the help from Dr Marcum to get him back on track.
Went with my grandma to take her sick cat in to be seen and felt very unwelcome from the second we walked in the door. One of the girls at the front desk has a very mean girl attitude and was very rude snooty and obnoxious to my grandma since she didnt have an appointment. We had gone in to see if he was able to been seen and there was no reason for the attitude she had to deal with. having a sick animal is bad enough. They didnt ask if it was an emergency or anything.
