Dr. Randal Jarrell refused treatment at 3:30 p.m. on a Saturday even though they don't close until 5:30. I have never been to this clinic before and never will go again. The clinic is owned by Dr. Bruce Carlson and it is run as a very poorly managed business. I have filed a complaint with the State Medical Board, and will recommend that the local paper do an investigation into Dr. Jarrell and Dr. Carlson for unethical practices. Went to be seen and they turned me away. There wasn't a person in site except the front office girl. One top of all this the front office girl was completely rude. I wasn't the only customer she turned away. Since I have to give a star when I don't want to. I give them a half a star for having the doors unlocked.
