Our A/C went out on Saturday and we were able to get of Hermetic early Monday morning, we set up an appointment for 12-3 and they were actually able to get here at around 9:30 to 10. Roy showed up, he was very understanding of the situation, and explained everything for us to easily understand. He was very patient as I discussed things with my husband and as we decided on what to do. He went through all of our options and helped us make an informed decision. Just wanted to go out of my way to acknowledge these guys here over night had a leak in my babies room (she doesn't sleep there ) but still called hermetic the next morning Roy came what seems like right away!
