Man Roy came thru on a last minute call and accommodated my schedule on real short notice! He was amazing! Super nice and went above and beyond! Fixed the AC issue and explained what I need to do to keep it running properly. Can’t wait to refer him to the rest of my family and friends! Thank you Roy!!!

Our A/C went out on Saturday and we were able to get of Hermetic early Monday morning, we set up an appointment for 12-3 and they were actually able to get here at around 9:30 to 10. Roy showed up, he was very understanding of the situation, and explained everything for us to easily understand. He was very patient as I discussed things with my husband and as we decided on what to do. He went through all of our options and helped us make an informed decision.
