Nicest Hermes store I’ve ever been to, everyone was so kind from the greeters to the SAs. This was our first time to this location after moving to California. The SA we were paired with couldn’t have been better. Very easy to talk to and he helped build a wishlist. He was super patient and helped us get everything we wanted. The throw blankets there looked so comfy and wonderfully crafted as well.
My sister and I visited the Hermes store in SF today. We are originally from Vancouver Canada. Our SA was Antoine - who went above and beyond with the customer service he delivered. I initially came into purchase a pair of sneakers but unfortunately my size was not in stock. Luckily for me, I left with an amazing purse to add to my collection. I have had my eye on this piece for sometime and I am grateful Antoine showed me it. It was a pleasure dealing with this store. Everyone was so kind and welcoming - the store manager w... read more
