Had a wonderful experience at Hermès San Francisco! Everyone was so nice and welcoming from the staff inside to the security at the door. I attended an event and was impressed by how smoothly everything was organized. There was no wait at all, and the service was professional and friendly throughout. Beautiful store and great atmosphere!

I’m not going to name my SA because they’re a hidden gem and I want to keep her to myself. At first this store intimidated me but Its been 3 years and we are starting to have a good relationship. I generally set up appointments, research what I want and give a heads up. I amend my wishlist as preferences can change or new things come out. Of course we always want more, but it’s been good. Pro tip, you start to get on their radar when you do custom orders.

I’m not snobby enough for this store. The sales associates (granted I just dealt with one and the store manager who kept handing me down to the same sales associate) are almost bothered by questions. I bought a pair of shoes and they had some small but noticeable stains. I was told that “if I look at every detail, I’ll never be happy because the leather isn’t perfect”. I’ve been to high end boutiques before and was never treated with such disdain.
