I’m not snobby enough for this store. The sales associates (granted I just dealt with one and the store manager who kept handing me down to the same sales associate) are almost bothered by questions. I bought a pair of shoes and they had some small but noticeable stains. I was told that “if I look at every detail, I’ll never be happy because the leather isn’t perfect”. I’ve been to high end boutiques before and was never treated with such disdain.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THE ONE IN SAN FRANCISCO
Inka is my sweetest SA :) Everyone here at the store is very nice and welcoming. Even the person at the door is super friendly! If you want to connect with your SA with comfortable vibe, go please find Inka! She is amazing and sweet person :)
Worst experience ever, keeep me waiting outside for 15 more minutes but there are few people inside, never come back again!
