Amazing staff, amazing physician, literally there when you need them
After my initial review expressing concerns about the follow-up process, the office reached out to clarify that they had actually contacted us through the patient portal—we just weren’t receiving the notifications. I really appreciate that they took the time to explain and address my concerns. The staff is friendly, and it’s clear they genuinely care. I respect how quickly they followed up and took my feedback seriously, and we’re now considering giving the practice another try.
