Well the whole experience was absolutely nothing but pleasant.Augustine was super informative and had no problem with verifying any details my wife and I requested .Delivery was quick pricing was superb and Juan was very much knowledgeable about the product and with his tutorial on all the features and warranties. If I could rate a 6 star I would , if you looking for an enclosed trailer great people and great price LOOK NO FURTHER THAN HERMES CARGO

Do not purchase they sell crap and don’t call you back or honor their satisfaction !!! The noise it makes is so embarrassing!
Had a great experience with my purchase of a 6x12 trailer. They helped me reinstall my ball on my hitch and made sure I drove off with exactly the trailer I needed. Great quality and amazing prices. Highly recommend.
