Our 3-month hunt for a car for our son is over thanks to Hermes Auto Group. Both the owner and his partner were professional and worked with us on a fair price. All fees were disclosed and itemized. There were no unwanted add-ons or hidden fees when comparing the numbers on the purchase agreement. We had visited 6 dishonest dealerships before this one and so we're very thankful for our experience!

This place is the Best! I guess you can't please everybody! I think somtimes people are used to doing things a certain way when buying a car, and they do the exact oposite of what you would expect a car dealer to do. In October of 2024, we purchased a vehicle for my son here at Hermes Auto Group. Fast forward 8 months and we are thinking of possibly selling the vehicle, so I attempted to cancel the extended warranty we purchased with the vehicle. I followed the directions for cancellation that was stated on the contract to the letter.
