In October of 2024, we purchased a vehicle for my son here at Hermes Auto Group. Fast forward 8 months and we are thinking of possibly selling the vehicle, so I attempted to cancel the extended warranty we purchased with the vehicle. We had long conversations, he answered every question I had, and I never felt rushed or pressured. He made the process easy and smooth. I got an amazing deal and a great warranty too. I called inquiring about a vehicle and got the displeasure of speaking to the owner. He is the most unprofessional person I've ever spoken to in my life.
