DO NOT BUY! purchased a 2017 Toyota 86 from Hermes auto in late oct 2024. within 2 weeks and 400 miles the car needed repairs. Hermes informed me that this was not their problem and to refer to the 'Full coverage" warranty they had also sold me. Repairs took multiple months and the cost was well over 5000$ just to get the car to run properly. Neither Hermes nor the warranty have covered anything they promised too. Guy lied about my son's employment history, to the lender's, so that he could sell the car. Very unprofessional and has caused my son a multitude of problems. He didn't have the required amount of time for employment and shouldn't have been approved for the vehicle but because the seller lied, which he said right in front of me that he was going to do, he got the car but quickly lost his job and now has an over-priced car he cannot afford.
