This place is the Best! I guess you can't please everybody! I think somtimes people are used to doing things a certain way when buying a car, and they do the exact oposite of what you would expect a car dealer to do. In October of 2024, we purchased a vehicle for my son here at Hermes Auto Group. Fast forward 8 months and we are thinking of possibly selling the vehicle, so I attempted to cancel the extended warranty we purchased with the vehicle.
