I knew as soon as he spoke, he could NOT help me. However, he could have at least reviewed my MRI with me. I wasn't pleased with the way he talked to me, and my husband and I found him demeaning. We drove an hour and a half and still wondering why I went to see him. I am not a surgery candidate, and afterall he is a surgeon.
1st time visit, problems with my lower back. Dr. Stated I do need back surgery. The office staff was very professional, got my xrays done right away. I think they forgot I was there after 30 mins; but all was taken care of in the end. Lol. Tough decision to make, need my support peeps with me.
Terrible office staff. I could not get a phone call to their office to go through their mailbox was full. I walked in to try to get an initial appointment . The gal was on her cell phone and I had to wait till she finished. I told her the phones weren't working in her office she just gave a bunch of excuses. I was handed a clipboard with the paperwork in Spanish. I don't speak Spanish obviously. Staff had so many excuses . Lack of attention renders me zero confidence. Looking elsewhere for spine doctor.
