Hermec did a good job installing our new landscaping in Cordera, however, during the following year some of the plants had died and we have tried repeatedly to get ahold of them and they have repeatedly ignored our calls and emails.

We built a Vanguard home in Wolf Ranch in 2020. The sales person gave us Hermec Landscaping as their landscaper that we could bundle in with the sale of our house. We spent almost $18,000.00. We closed on our home October 15, 2020 and when we arrived we saw they were planting trees, bushes, flowering plants. We asked before the closing if they would not plant until spring 2021 and were told by Vanguard that they would advise Hermec. This company did a landscaping job at a neighbor's home. The water is running off onto my property, drowning my plants on the opposite side of my driveway, creating standing water in my rock bed at bottom of property, and now there is mold in my rock bed. Carlos could care less when I told him the affects from the drainage and damage to my property. Completely unprofessional and all he could say was, "we need to water three times a day for two weeks."
