A Fayettevill Institution This place has been in Fayetteville forever. Don't let the old building fool you. Definitely the best ribs in town and maybe in the state of Arkansas!!!

We came in from out of state for the weekend. One of the members of our party had a recommendation from a business connection to check our Herman's while we are in town. We went Saturday night and were NOT DISAPPOINTED! The food was wonderful, but the service was EXCELLENT! Our server was so attentive to the slightest details. She even brought my daughter a plate of steak juice when she noticed her scraping her plate for remnants to put in her Mac-n-cheese. Such a thoughtful gesture that did not go unnoticed. My dinner tonight was amazing. I had the 6 oz filet and it was cooked to perfection. Our waiter Dee was amazing!
