Not even worth 1 star. We have used Herman's several times in the past and have been satisfied. Yesterday, we contracted with Herman's to replace a pressure tank. The bid was $1434.35. By the time the 2 employees left, our bill was over $3000. We had a pressure tank but it was NOT working and we had no water. They said they were very sorry but there was an electrical issue. I called Hermann's plumbing on a recommendation from our church. We used them once and we were very satisfied. However, just last week we found water in our hall closet and since it backed to the water heater closet we assumed it was the water heater. Two plumbers came out and after spending about 2 minutes said no not the water heate, slab leak. They spent a total of 22miutes looking outside and testing and said definitely a slab leak.
