Using a bad car service is the worst thing anyone can do when they own a German car. That is why I recommend Hermann’s International Auto Service. They know what they are doing, and they have the parts that are necessary to fix whatever is wrong with the car if not they can oder them and they get speedy delivery. My Audi wasn’t working to well, and I started to panic. I had no idea where to go to get it fixed. My friend at work recommended I look into the Hermann’s International Auto Service. I decided to do so, and I found out how great they are. They are worth it for anyone else that has problems with their German car because they handle the problem quickly and easily. I am more than pleased to recommend them to other people whenever I can.

I'm so tired of getting the run around from auto repair shops, so Hermann's has been a true blessing. I can't stress enough the expert level of care that myself and my car are given each time that I arrive. I've even been able to drop off the car after they are closed, due to the 24 hour drop-off policy. This fits into my busy schedule just perfectly, for if I were confined to the 9-5 schedule that most repair shops offer their customers, my car would never get fixed when it breaks down.

Whenever my Mercedes broke down, I found it extremely hard to diagnose the problem on my own. I'm no mechanic but I know my way around a car for the most part. I decided to take the advice of a good friend and give Hermann's a whirl at pinpointing the issue that was giving me so much grief. To my surprise, they called me within only a few hours and told me it was only a $70 part. I cannot believe that I overlooked such a small problem that affected the car's performance as a whole so largely!

Victor and his crew took care of my car at a really great price! I needed four tires and a fix for a bent rim on my honda. I was able to pick up my car within a couple days and haven't had any issues.

Right when I walked in to this shop I was greeted by friendly and no-nonsense mechanics. The main guy was named Vic and he assured me they could take care of my problem. They were able to resolve everything quickly and I definitely felt like my car was in great hands. Thanks guys!

After a couple failed attempts at getting my electrical problem fixed on my car, I found this gem of an auto repair shop. My headlights would randomly just go off while driving at night. Obviously a safety hazard but also a magnet for tickets. The guys at Hermann's got everything rewired and fixed in 2 days. Its been a week so far and everything is working perfectly.

I brought my BMW i because the check engine light was on. I didn't have an appointment, but I explained that i was going on a trip, so the took it in and checked it right away. turned out that i had left my gas cap loose when I filled the tank. they tightened it up and told me to enjoy my trip. They didn't charge me anything! Well they made my trip to Portland much less stressful and they can be sure I will return the next time I need a repair or for my next oil change.
