I want to share a very positive experience at Hermann Ford. During a routine maintenance visit at Hermann Ford, we were told that a valve cover may be leaking and received a quote to fix it. We left and I decided to get quotes from other Ford dealers.....huge mistake! Laura Ford in Sullivan didn't even pick up the phone, Hutchinson Ford in St James quoted $2000 because it was probably a cracked valve cover.....hmmmm.
