I went to Dr. Hermance today for the first time. Betsy, the hygienist, was amazing and Dr. Hermance was very kind. I have a phobia of dentists and this was a very positive experience. I highly recommend this office.
Felt taken advantage of - was told they accept my insurance, didn't mention they were not in network until after quickly scheduling back to back procedures and leaving me with a large bill that I was unable to continue making payments on during the pandemic. They sent me to collections and told me to work it out with them. I had under $500 left to pay, but they didn't even send me a letter as a last effort to work something out.
We have gone to Dr. Hermance for many years and have been completely satisfied, well taken care of and would highly recommend!

Love,love love Dr.Hermance,cannot say enough about her skills and her office staff. The entire office is immaculate and all measures are taken to keep us safe from infection. Her techs are friendly and professional. Explinations relieve anxiety. Dr. Hermance never seems rushed no matter how busy,listens and knows you as a person. I am not sayin’ Dentistry is a spa experience but I recommend her practice to family as friends.
Dr. Daniello was always so nice and pleasant to talk to. The staff that he has working with him were also great. I highly recommend this Orthodontist to anyone! Thank you Dr. Daniello!
