Herman Miller customer service support is very poor.
My wife ordered a chair after we met with Paul at this location. He is pure salesman - super friendly when he wants you to buy and then he was rude to my wife over the phone when she had a follow up question. We ordered this office chair in early Nov. 2022... and it's now mid Dec and still has not arrived. Company has not responded to email requests for tracking info. The products seem to be good - but there is no reason to buy direct from this shop because it appears there is no benefit.
