Low pay, non stop work, bad management, extremely hot all year long. It takes years to get hired in. Adecco temps are disposable and get fired constantly. New temps get hired in every Monday, it's a revolving door with no job security.
Horrible leadership
I worked there for a few years before receiving a new manager. He was very creepy and micromanaged me to the point of leaving the company.
Non-stop production broke my back still suffering
Worked there over 10 yrs ago through a temp agency and got laid off so I thought I would reapply and they said I'm not eligible for rehire because I stopped coming to work.lol. I remember the day because it was right before Christmas and I made a Facebook post about it. Either Herman Miller lied or adecco either way not professional and I'll make sure people know about both of them before applying
