My experience started as an internet inquiry on a 2024 Chevy Trax. Jordan Winstead was the internet sales manager. I have to say that I have dealt with an insane number of auto sales people in my life but Jordan was the BEST ever! He was extremely professional yet personable. I felt like I knew him my entire life. He made my purchase painless and held my hand every step of the way. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle Jordan is the go to person. All of the staff at Herman Jenkins was top notch!
