The experience in Service was not one I want to repeat. I was kept in the loop the entire time. However, when I went to pick up my vehicle, the keys were NOT where I was told they would be. Luckily, Byron, a salesman, was still there after hours and was able to retrieve my keys for me. Not a good experience or one I wish to repeat!
This is the second time this place has had my vehicle for 3 weeks …. The first time was for a battery! This time it’s an alternator. We are headed into week 4 now . They said it would be done Wednesday or Thursday and here it is Thursday and now they are saying they still don’t have the part .
Do not get service by this Auto Dealer! I got an oil change and they messed up my Power Running boards, took over. a week to get back in to get fixed and was charged $100 to fix what they messed up.
Jordan, Juan, and Michelle are the best! Very friendly, excellent service, and overall an outstanding experience. Thank you so much!
