I was assigned Dr. Urbina as my primary care doctor. I was never once seen or spoken to by a doctor, but rather a nurse named Karen. They never gave me adequate care, were always in a rush, and staff forgot to schedule my appointment after calling in to set one (3 times!). I figured they were a bad clinic, but just stayed bc I they were so close to where I live. I wanted to see specialists bc each time I called, they just prescribed me pain meds or antibiotics (which didn't help). I had to beg for referrals & even break down... read more
Excelente persona el doctor Carrillo, desafortunadamente NO le ayuda nada el servicio cliente que ofrecen en su clínica de Baldwin Park. Aacabo de hablar con Dolores y me trató de la manera más anti profesional que se puede. Si este mensaje lo ve el doctor Carrillo me interesa hablar con usted. Mi teléfono es 626-780-5849 soy paciente suya y me urge recibir atención médica, inclusive pago en efectivo...pero hay mucho que desear el servicio que tiene en su oficina. Gracias.
My entire view of this doctor is shot now that my wife has passed away. He failed in the urgency of her condition. He failed to sign the death certificate and now Im having to wait almost a month for her body from the coroner. Our family is cheated out of any proper viewing thanks to that.
