I wouldn’t give any stars if it was an option! My husband brought his 2019 F250 in for a brake service because his brakes were squeaking. They changed the brakes and rotors and they are still squeaking. He called them and they said that was normal for ceramic pads. They told him he can bring his truck back to have no squeal put on the pads to stop the noise for an extra charge. My wife and I were beginning our 9 day Anniversary camping trip and my F250’s check engine light came on just south of Edgefield. Thank goodness it came on when it did. We stopped by Herlong and the whole staff were a huge help. They had it diagnosed and our minds at ease and back on the road in a short matter of time. Boyd is a very knowledgeable and personable tech and I enjoyed the time and knowledge he shared with me.
