Fred was nice and got our paperwork together pretty quickly
The service department was the most unpleasant experience. I called to make a claim with my vehicle that I purchased last year. While explaining the issues, I was spoken over multiple times, interrupted and laughed at. While speaking a younger woman interjected herself into the conversation and hung the phone up on me. This was very unprofessional and that’s a poor representation of the business.
Excellent purchase experience, Fred has always delivered on what we were looking for I think this is the 10 vehicle Fred has found for us and always above and beyond on the service after the sale
