Herl has the best service for my beloved Chevy! They went the extra mile for me when I told them about a vibration I had on my Trailblazer, even spent an extra hour with no labor charge to make things right for me! The entire staff treats everyone like family and I’ve been with them from purchase date to current date, will continue buying/servicing through them!
Beware of this place very bad buisness ,I had some work done there on a 2013 chevy, when I picked up the vehical after it had already been there 4 times I asked what do I owe on 3 occasions and was told I was paid in full due to the quote they gave me, well now a few months later I get a bill saying I still owe them money, So in my opinion they will lie straight to your face then send a bill in mail to get more money out of you, I personally will not do buisness there again ,this is bad buisness not my fault they got the wro... read more
David, the service manager, was clearly running a tight ship. He was organized, professional, and made sure everything moved efficiently from the moment the claim started. You could tell he was experienced and genuinely cared about making things right for the customer. Solid communication and follow-through the whole way through.
Herl was a great car buying experience. We called about the vehicle and went the next day to look at it and buy, Craig was very accommodating! We had our three kids with us, and everyone was so kind about them being a bit wild! Everything was done quickly, and we love our new Yukon! Thank you so much everyone at Herl!
Just purchased a brand new Chevy Equinox today. Thomas and Cassandra were awesome. They were very helpful and accommodating. Everything was done up in a couple hours and left with my new car. They also gave me a great trade in for my previous car!! Thank you again!!
