Cockroaches immediately the night of moving in and bed bug bites 4 days after… management is basically non existent on these issues, will address other issues but never actually do anything about them. Robbed on my FMR AND LMR - company should be ashamed of themselves. Website also not able to contact management for the company, shows an error code… how convenient!! Amazing work guys…

Beautiful view, nice floors. But infested with mice, cockroaches and bed bugs. Pest control comes but does the bare minimum and dismisses concerns. Then they say they’ll check back but never do. Management often does not come when they say they will. Water leaks through the ceiling outside and debris falls onto cars. Has been happening for years. It just gets patched up only to happen again. So very questionable building integrity
Don't come to this building when i came here i asked them for another apartment they say okay when something else will be available we will tell you because this is the last apartment so we will move you with the same price after while they said no not for same price upper apartments more expensive ... i got them they lie there is a lot of apartments but they want to give this first because its close to noisy to the street and it have BUGS and Cockroaches i already more 5 months tell them about this but they not do for me no... read more
We had the amazing residents give us this to voice our short stay and seemingly we would have enjoyed the old manager. The current person is full of fake promises, and gossip and should not have the right to refer to a woman as hun sweetheart babe as in our culture is not appropriate. Management should be respectful
