Been in therapy 2+ yrs. One of the intake nurses was super rude to me and tried to belittle my trauma and experiences; however my therapist and psychiatrist have both been helpful and supportive and inclusive (LGBTQ+). The staff is also very helpful and have answered any questions I’ve had.

Not very sure I how I feel about this place. I know I don’t feel secure here. I haven’t been treated poorly or anything. I guess I would say I feel brushed off. I’ve been going here since January. When I meat with my therapist the second time and opened up and explained to her that I had trouble opening up to strangers and proceeded to tell her things she followed up at the end of the appointment that she will be leaving and that I’ll only see her once more. Worst place to go. Christen Snyder is rude to every client and doesn’t take their conditions seriously. Has insulted clients or purposely made them scared or worried. Never gets back to anyone either.
