This place is trash! My parent has lived here two too many years! Let’s start off with the fact that my parent was hospitalized for 5 DAYS AND NOT ONE OF THE STAFF TEAM CALLED HIS EMERGENCY CONTACT.. ME! This isn’t the first time this has happened. MAJOR LACK OF CARE! Independent living or NOT! … Not the cleanest, bedbugs & roaches & mice . Food served is TRASH! There isn’t a set menu or quality in the food. Apartment is Old! Old fridge , old carpet , old everything. No communication with/ between nurses and doctors. They do... read more

Very pleased with the care my mother is receiving here. She too is very satisfied. They promote her independence but also make sure to provide adequate care and oversight. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Some of the male residents are very disrespectful to other residents. They should have male nurses who can handle them. Since my sister has been here, she's been the most happiest person that I've seen in a long time. She's more talkative than ever. I love my sister and definitely want the best for her.
