It may look nice on the outside but appearances are deceiving. This place is cruel and incompetent! My mom lived her and was treated poorly because they did not like my sister. My sister has been working in healthcare for over thirty years and the staff was intimidated by her knowledge. The management is awful and the nurses are bottom of the barrel. My grandmother told me today that this was the best thing that happened to her at her age. Thank you for giving us the peace of mind that she's in good hands.
I live here at Heritage Woods in Bolingbrook and I think it's the best, it has Friendly and helpful Staff and the Residents are great too.
I like it very much. However the food is not very good.
My grandmother, Dolores, had a wonderful time here. SHe played Bingo, Wii bowling, met a boyfriend, met many wonderful friends, had parties and entertainment and all holidays were a big deal here. Heritage Woods took excellent care of her while still making her feel independent. I felt relieved knowing someone was always there for her when I ccouldn't be. The apartments were lovely too! Good food. Nice staff, very clean. My only regret is that she didn't have more time there.
