RecommendedMy Mother, age 95, lives there. We are very happy with her care. From the front desk, to the Doctors, Nurses, CNAs, kitchen and maintenance, they are great. When I call Hilda with a question or request she is amazing. Always right there for me. Also, a special thanks to Maria for helping us get her into the facility.
they treat you like family if we have a concern about something they help as soon as possible I had to move out because of bad health but when I could come back they were very helpful I like it here. I am very thankful for them.
A place to call home. A place I feel comfortable living in and have no problem recommending it to loved ones. The staff here is excellent and at the core a fantastic management team with a long history of excellence in this field.
Nursing care is not good...do not keep in touch with family..excuses about mistakes they make.
My Dad has just moved in. They are treating him like family and have been helpful with the process. I am so relived he is being cared for when I am not with him. The food is excellent
CNA's were good, however nurses never got back to us in a timely manner. Big turn over in front office, billing department was absolutely the worst I have ever seen!! Cafeteria workers kind, and friendly to residents. Mickey the head of home is rude, promises many things but doesn't follow through. I do NOT recommend this facility, looks nice but overall not good. Many concerns no one at the desk in the evening from 5pm till 8pm anyone can walk in and you can't find anyone when you need them even when you push the emergency ... read more
The staff is awesome! Always willing to help when needed. So happy Mom can be so close by and in such great care!
My grandad was a resident for a few years, he passed away December 6th 2016. The staff members weren't just staff, they became more like family. With grandad's passing they still continue to display their deepest sympathy. Amazing place to be apart of.
