What an incredible company! They helped me out with a window covering that I thought couldn't be saved. The service was prompt, courteous and professional and Jacob is a genius. This company uses common sense in treating customers. Why aren't there more companies like this? Hunter Douglas window coverings are expensive, but so high quality. I will be calling Heritage next time I need blinds.
Absolutely the most helpful, ethical and caring business I have ever been to!! My older mother has been restringing her own Hunter Douglas Blinds for over 30 years. Her eyesight had gotten too bad to continue doing it herself. We came to this location to see if we could replace the blinds with new ones.
