Where do I begin... I've had great experiences with dealing with Volkswagen I just feel like they are top tier. I had an incident where my car had to be towed to them and throughout the entire process, they kept me up to date. My total was very high and I had to make payments on it... but the one GUY that saved me and my car was PETE!!! I appreciate him so much and I'm glad he was able to work with me and make sure my car was secure❤️

I always get my Jetta serviced at VW Parkville location. Pete and his team are wonderful to work with. Far better than the other VW shops in the area. HIGHLY recommend!
