I traded in my beloved ID4 only because my lease was up. I bought a Tiguan from Iesha Warrington at Heritage VW in Parkville, MD. She is a beautiful, very polite and patient young lady. Her manager Oliver was very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend Heritage VW and the salespeople.
Beware*****Please dont go to Heritage Auto Volkswagen of Parkville. They took my $9000 cash down payment and sold me a car knowing I had a NJ license. Won't give another temporary tag to clear up my problems. I have to drive illegally.Then told me I have settle a insurance claim scam. I have 2025 Jetta that I cannot drive because of them. Don't deal with anyone there. Go to another dealership. Terrible experience. Thanks for your time. My mom is buying a new car I would not recommend Heritage to even her. Beware!!!!
I had a service done yesterday for 3 recalls on my Golf. Ellery helped us with getting the correct services scheduled in one day, which was amazing. Ellery gave us updates throughout the day on my car, and was very understanding. Ellery deserves 10/10 reviews and 5 stars. Thank you so much, we’ll definitely be asking for Ellery when we come back again!!!
