Horrible experience with the Service department today. 1. They 1st scheduled my appt for a Saturday (which is my preference) then a few days before the appt, they told me I’d have to leave it there all weekend because no repair techs are there to look at it. Why would I go all weekend without my car AND Why would I bring it Saturday if it can’t be looked at til Monday?? Might as well just come Monday! 2. If you want to know why people despise working with car dealerships, try to work a deal here. My wife and I are in the market for a VW, and we found one here. The MSRP is the same as other dealerships, and the dealer cash applied to the deal is the same as other dealerships. While other dealerships are applying additional bonus cash offered by VW, this dealership states that it is already in the price (though it is not reflected anywhere in the online listing). this place really infuriates me… for one, they got my payoff amount messed up for my trade.. i’ve been trying to get ahold of someone and get answers from financing because i’m OWED money for my warranty i had and my gap insurance i had.. i’m due a pro-rated amount.. no one answers the phone and no one is giving me answers to anything and i got my car at the end of september!!
