Update* - My car came with custom wheel rims that were not available at the time of purchase. However, I was told they should be available within the month and that I would be called when they are available. It has now been 3 months since I bought my car and I still do not have the rims. Beyond that, I've been given no status updates, in fact the only time I was given a general update that an error was made when originally ordering the rims. Updated - This VW dealership staff has failed to deliver quality that would sustain the franchise. I have purchased all my VW from this location since 1996 and must say that the last 5 years the service managers had no passion to make things work. Closed up VW shop and now we get to try other places further from our area. The foundations of this failure lay deeper than current Pandemic issues. Managers here failed to focus on the customer experience during after purchases needs. Service Managers failed to manage themselves a... read more

This dealership was super helpful for my family and I. A lot of things were explained in detail thanks to Milton Taylor. It was my first purchase for a car so I just wanted everything to be great and it was! Good dealership, would come back
